Here is a seamless pattern that I just made from Illustrator and converted it into a PS pattern file. It took me a while to make this since I started creating this on a big scale.

The pattern that I provided doesn't have a background so it's easy to change the background color without changing the color of the pattern.

If you're going to use this please provide a link and credit to the creator also please look at the creative license when using this. Thank you.

Somehow the file of my submitted pattern became a .PSD when I uploaded it as .PAT in the first place. My thanks for those who updated me on it. Hopefully, it's fixed now.
